This family and dog-friendly event will take place on Sunday, November 3 at the home of the Washington Nationals baseball team - Nationals Park. The event includes an unofficial, un-timed 5k route that starts and finishes in the Park and takes participants around the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood and a Fun Run for children and dogs. Once participants return to the stadium they are invited to walk through our health fair where they will enjoy exclusive access to the Nationals' batting cages and dugouts, free health and wellness screenings, food and more! Kids 12 and under and dogs are FREE. Dogs must be on their leashes at all times.

*Guests and/or supporters of paid, registered attendees are required to sign up onsite and pay a $10 registration fee by cash or card to the Prevent Cancer Foundation. This fee provides access to the health fair, which includes free food, free health and wellness screenings, activities for kids and dogs and more. Guests and/or supporters will not receive an event t-shirt.*


7:45 a.m. – Participant check-in begins

9:00 a.m. – Fun Run starts
9:10 a.m. – Runners start
9:15 a.m. – Walkers start
9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. – Enjoy the batting cages and dugouts, free health and wellness screens, kids and dog activities, food and more!
